Hoopdancing in Alameda? NO CLASSES IN FEBRUARY Hoopdancing will resume on March 1. NO CLASS MARCH 15 Get into your body, laugh, play, and work out! New Year's Special: Monday nights in January,6:30pm-7:30pm open to new hoopers of all levels and ages for a HoopDance Jam! One hour of hoop dance practice to inspiring music. This is not a class, just practice time and individual instruction throughout the hour. Special pre-registraton rate: $7 for adults, $5 for teens and under 12. Families welcome. This will fill up quickly. Pre-register to ensure your space. Meet other hoopers, learn new moves, explore your body and discover new pleasure with hula hoops. Bring water, a "CAN DO!" attitude, and a joyful time is guaranteed! Hoops will be provided for practice and sale. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and be prepared to smile while you sweat.
