Hoop Dance

Beginning hoopdance is a fun, high-energy class for adults of all ages, genders, and body types - no previous experience is necessary!

Join certified HoopGirl instructor, Natasha, for this 6 week class (9 hours total). We will cover the basics of hooping on the torso, arms, & legs, as well as off-body hooping, jumps, and floor work. Moves covered: pump, float, wild west, slinky, snake, booty bump, limbo, barrel roll, booty blitz, spunk, swish, break, warrior, leap, whisper, toss, revolving door, electric slide, pin-up, scissor kick.

Even if you were never able to hoop as a child, these adult-sized hoops with grippy tape will stick to your hips - give hooping another spin!

Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes such as tank tops and yoga pants to class.
