Hoop Dance

Beginning hoopdance is a fun, high-energy class for adults of all
ages, genders, and body types - no previous experience is necessary!
Join certified HoopGirl instructor, Natasha, for this 6 week
class (9 hours total). We will cover the basics of hooping on the
torso, arms, & legs, as well as off-body hooping, jumps, and
floor work. Moves covered: pump, float, wild west, slinky, snake,
booty bump, limbo, barrel roll, booty blitz, spunk, swish, break,
warrior, leap, whisper, toss, revolving door, electric slide, pin-up,
scissor kick.
Even if you were never able to hoop as a child, these adult-sized
hoops with grippy tape will stick to your hips - give hooping another
spin!
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes such as tank tops and yoga
pants to class.
Class size is extremely limited in order to provide individual attention
to each student. Hoops are provided for class use and are available
