Yang Style Tai Chi, 24
posture Beijing form. Warmup and stretching exercise followed by learning
and practicing the Yang Style Beijing form with emphasis on relaxation,
correct body alignment, and breathing. Two person Tui Shou (pushing
hands) exercises, rooting excercises (to develop a strong "rooted"
stance) and Zhan Zhuang (standing post chi gung exercise) followed
by cool-down and more stretching to close out the class.
