Basic Balloon Decorating for the Holidays!

Sunday October 28th 1-4pm
Rita Garza will be showing students the basics of balloon decorations for any type of event. The right type of balloon for the weather or event. Helium and Air designs that will last for weeks. Holiday decorations for home, office or stores.
Rita has been in business "Simply Elegant Balloon Designs" for over 15 years (started as a clown and segwayed into balloon decorating). She will be providing instruction sheets, hands on instruction, frame to take home to practice with. Students need to bring paper, pencil, camera.
