Capoeira is a dynamic Afro-Brazilian art form & self-defense; with strong aerobic & dance elements. It is a harmony of forces that gives you power, flexibility, endurance & self-discovery. Capoeira balances the body, soul & mind. It is a graceful, exciting art form that teaches you to be alert. The art keeps its strong traditions & enables you to break through limits, revitalizing you for everyday life.Kid’s Capoeira programs can be found in almost every county around the world! The main reasons for this are that Capoeira is fun, engaging, and inclusive learning experience.

Capoeira is a unique educational tool that has been proven to promote health, confidence, discipline and many other important social and physical skills…

Rhythmix Capoeira classes are taught using games and exercises that incorporate music, acrobatics, & more—Kids develop physical coordination, mental abilities, communication skills, & community together. Classes have a strong focus on cooperation & spatial awareness, and respect for self and others in order to meet each student’s individual learning needs.
