COVID 19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending Rhythmix classes or events you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the organization.

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINE FOR RHYTHMIX EVENTS

As of February 6, 2023, Rhythmix will no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry to events. For the health and safety of the community, masks are strongly encouraged while indoors, but no longer required.

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINE FOR RHYTHMIX CLASSES

Individual course instructors may set their own policies for each class. Please check with the course instructor for their latest COVID-19 policies.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND CLASSES OR EVENTS IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:

  • You, or anyone in your household, have tested positive, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, for COVID-19 within 10 days prior to the event.
  • You have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the class or event, including: fever, cough, chills, headache, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
