Focus on your breath while moving through asanas (poses) with a vinyasa flow. Breathe and settle in meditation to maintain good health and self-care. In this time of disruption and disconnection, let this time provide you some comfort and connection with others. Live this moment with what we have, be well in body and mind, and be happy.

*Classes are offered at a reduced rate for shelter-in-place. If you are experiencing financial hardship during this time, please email Izumi about additional “shelter-in-place” FH scholarships.

Please email Izumi for 1-on-1 Sessions.

Namaste

My name is Izumi. I am happy to practice Vinyasa flow together with you. In this time of disconnection, it is important to maintain good health and self care. Focusing on our breath and moving through poses, yoga practice helps to calm your mind and connect to your heart. You feel connected with others. Anyone can join. You can even put mats together with your family. See you on Monday morning 10am. Be healthy and happy, Namaste.

Izumi Sato is a registered Yoga Teacher in flow/Vinyasa with Yoga Alliance since 2012. She teaches Vinyasa based yoga to all ages (adults and children) in both English and Japanese. 25 years of performing dance makes Izumi’s style of yoga an elegant flow of Vinyasa choreographed with breath as the rhythm. For Izumi, yoga practice is universal prayer for peace beyond nations, religions and physical self. Izumi is dedicated to practicing and teaching yoga as a means of cultivating awareness of self, others and community: care, respect, and hope.
