Calling all Sketchers! Final SIP-N-Sketch

After an amazing 2-year run, SIP-N-Sketch is coming to an end. Please join Rhythmix and artist-engineer, Bill Jeng, for the final SIP-N-Sketch project: San Francisco Cityscape, Tuesdays, 6:00 – 6:30pm, November 2nd – 30th on Zoom.

Using a grid technique, students will resize and transfer the San Francisco Cityscape (or image of their choice) to canvas or paper. Bill will be demonstrating with an image of San Francisco from 101 North after a stormy weekend.

After registering, students will receive an email confirmation with the class Zoom link and links to the project photos to download:

Get a head start: draw a 12 x 5 grid on your canvas or paper at whatever size you prefer. We will start sketching the SF skyline on the paper in the first session, November 2nd, before applying any color.

Materials needed: paper, pencil, watercolor paints, brushes

*All students will receive links to the class recordings throughout November, so if you register after the first session, you can still catch up, work at your own pace, or review.
