I need to register for an account. Where do I sign up?

You can register at the Pour Your HeART Out 2023 auction registration page.

Where can I go to change my password?

You can change your password at the login page or if you are logged in, you can go to Account Details to make the change.

I need to change my billing and/or payment info. How do I go about it?

From the auction home page, you can click on My Account to access your information dashboard. From there, you can select the appropriate section to change your user information.

I entered my bid and it’s not showing up as a new bid.

Please make sure you are logged in before you attempt to bid. You can login here.

I entered the wrong bid and would like to change it/remove it. How do I go about doing that?

Email auction@rhythmix.org to request assistance for an already existing bid.

Is there a place where I can see all my bids and watchlist items?

You can go to My Account and to the Auction section. You will be able to view all of your bidding activities.

Can I have the system auto-bid on items for me while I’m away from the site?

This option is currently not available. You will be notified via email when you are outbid and have an option to submit another bid.

What happens if I win a bid but am not there when the auction closes? Will my payment go through automatically or will I lose my item?

If you win a bid, you’ll be charged automatically with the payment you’ve supplied during registration. You do not need to be present during the time of auction closing unless you want to place a bid.

Please note that “Buy It Now” works differently. You will need to place the item in the cart and go through the checkout process to secure your item(s).

Do you accept other payments (e.g. checks, cash, etc…) other than credit cards?

At this moment, we can only accept credit cards.

How will I get my items?

Rhythmix will contact you shortly after winning your bid or after item payment to arrange for pickup/shipping. Please note that we cannot ship wine and they are available for pickup only.

Can I purchase (Buy It Now) multiple auction items?

Yes, you can add as many items as you want to the cart. When you are ready to secure your purchases, please click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. *PLEASE NOTE: “Buy It Now” items in your cart will still be available for other bidders to purchase until you finalize the checkout process and pay for the item.*

I have some items in my cart and need to leave my computer, will they still be there when I log back in?

Your items will be in your cart if you don’t close your browser window. We advise that you secure your purchases as soon as possible to prevent any possibility of accidentally emptying your items in your cart.

I would like to donate instead. Where can I do that?

You can donate by clicking on the Donate! button on the top right menu of the website. You can also go to Rhythmix donate page.
