Tone, stretch, and lengthen your muscles with simple repetitive moves inspired by ballet, pilates, yoga techniques. All levels welcome.

Barre Basics is a low-impact, optional high-intensity class that focuses on proper technique and safe alignment so that you can apply these concepts to all that you do outside of class. We will use a chair for support and include core strengthening mat work.

A weekly Barre class is a great way to return to movement if you’ve been away due to injury, severe sickness, a busy lifestyle! It is also a great option to diversify a daily fitness routine, especially if we tend to focus on using our bodies in one particular way. It is also a great option to use as an active recovery activity, like yoga or pilates, where you reconnect with your body, beginning with your breath and intentions and ending with your whole body feeling alive and alert.
